Fall Must Haves

Fall is creeping up on us fast and before you know it we will be trading in those strappy sandals for a much more sturdier (yet stylish, of course) boot for all the upcoming holiday trekking we traditionally do. So I went ahead and created my personal favorite 'Fall Must Haves' list.

The perfect puffer vest: 

You can never go wrong with this fall layering piece. It's going to be an important piece to your wardrobe because it creates an outer-shell that will retain heat and will keep you all nice and toasty on the inside...plus it's really cute! {below I listed some puffer vests; take your pick}

Floppy fall hats

I don't know about you but this season is back to hats and I couldn't be happier. I've never been much of a hat person, but this past summer I've really grown to love big brimmed hats. When I saw that the majority of stores were starting to carry more fall appropriate big brimmed hats, I was ecstatic. I didn't have to give up my love for them just yet! {below are some favorites}

Printed scarves

 Scarves will always be the main object of the perfect fall ensemble and I'm personally loving scarves with bold prints; plaid prints to be exact. I just recently bought the Zara scarf and I cannot wait for the mail man to come knocking at my door. Not only is it plaid but it's one of those blanket scarfs so I'll be sure to find different ways to wear it...thank goodness for Pinterest. {some fab plaids below!}

Neutral crossbody bag

Since I'm a mom to a busy two year old I find myself usually sticking to two kinds of purses: clutches and crossbody bags. They're easy to carry and I rarely find myself losing car keys in a smaller bag (usually). With that being said, I feel that since there's more traveling involved around this time of year, a crossbody will be the perfect companion to pack necessary items. {check out similar bags} 

Earring posts

I don't know what's more annoying that getting your earrings snagged on your favorite scarf. That's why I put earring posts as a must have. I know those long dangling earrings are cute, but what's not cute is a punctured scarf with tons of snags on it. So this year I'm going to try and refrain myself from ruining yet another scarf this season. {dainty earring posts you'll love}

Leopard ballet flats
Boots are a top priority, believe me, but there are some days where a nice pair of comfy flats will come in handy for the more dressier occasions. I'm slightly obsessed with these leopard ballet flats and in all honesty, I want them in every color!

Pumpkin

Last but not least...
Tis' the season for pumpkin everything! So whether it be a candle or a latte, spice it up!
