I love easy 'ready-to-wear' styles, and this sweater from Goodnight Macaroon (c/o) is just that! I don't have to worry about all the issues with layering pieces together because it already gives off that layered look with just a touch of flannel sewn at the bottom. Though I did add my own layering piece with the turtleneck, let's just say it would still look just as good without!
