Monday Coffee Talk Pt. 2

Good morning beauties! What better way to start a post than in your favorite PJ's! For today's coffee talk I'm going to share my dreams and aspirations, and quite possibly, where I see my blog in the future.

I've talked to a few bloggers and when it comes to our blogs (which of course we want to become the hottest go-to site for fashion inspo. #girlboss) we are just enjoying what success and fun it's bringing to our readers now. I know I'm not the only one that can sometimes feel, "where is all this going anyway?" or "how far will I be able to take it?" I'm constantly asking myself those two questions and my answer: "I guess we'll see!" Now, that may seem like a pretty lazy answer to a couple of serious questions, but we can't control our readers, we can only learn from them. And even though my answer is pretty vague, doesn't mean I'm not serious about my blog. You ask my husband, I am VERY serious about my blog. I tend to feel guilty when my posts seem pretty superficial and basic or when my Instagram feed isn't looking up to it's potential. Most of it is pressure on myself, but all I can do is keep going and to always do my best!

Ok now the BIGGER question, "what do you see yourself doing after your blogging chapter has come to a close?" Well, I've been looking into finishing college. I already have an Associate's Degree but had taken some time away to raise our daughter after, and now it's time to get back in the game. It was a good amount of time off to realize what I want to do too and to actually be confident that that's what I want to stick with, haha! I've sent in my application and transcripts to ECU to get my BS in Communications: PR and minor in Merchandising. In the end of it all and after the degree is in my hands, I hope to become a buyer for a department store or company (that's the dream job).

At the end of it all and where ever life takes me, I know that all I have to thank for is my opportunity to become a blogger. It has made me realize my potential in the adult world, and make me feel like I can do anything I put my mind to!
